Katelyn O'Rourke
Team Captain
Senior
Katelyn is a 2 year varsity letter winner in Softball. She was an Academic All-American
and earned 2nd Team All-District in 2007. Katelyn has been the Soccer team Co-Captain for the past 2 years. She has earned
4 varsity letters in Soccer and has been awarded 1st Team All-District for the past two years. She had also been awarded
2nd Team All-District her Sophomore year. Katelyn plans to attend University of Houston next fall, and major in Nursing.
Jourdan Bortka
Senior
Jourdan is a 2 year varsity letter winner in Softball and made 2nd Team All-District in 2007. Jourdan has
also lettered in swimming for the past two years and made it to the State competition this year. Jourdan plans to attend college
in the fall. Her major is undecided.
Cassandra Schield
Senior
Cassandra is a three year letter winner fro LSA and made Academic All-American 2007.
She is also a three year letter winner in Basketball.
Cassandra plans to attend college in the fall.
Kayla Kahanek
Senior
Kayla is a three year letter winner and made Academic All-American 2007.
Kayla plans to attend college in the fall.
Paige Burks
Senior
Paige is a three year letter winner in softball. She made Academic All-American in 2007.
She also has lettered three times in basketball.
Paige plans to attend Texas A&M next fall.
Rachelle Remboldt
Senior
Rachelle has lettered two years in softball as well as two years in Volleyball. Rachelle plans to
attend Kansas State and serve in the Air Force Reserves next fall.
Stephanie Connell
Junior
Stephanie is a three year letter winner and holds the LSA school record for most strikeouts in a season.
She was named 2nd team All District last year. Stephanie also letter in Basketball. Stephanie plays Catcher
and Third base for her club Softball team the Tx. Mystixx.

Lindsay Ritter
Freshman
Lindsay is one the four starting Freshman this year. She has made a instant impact on our team and
is well on her way to breaking the school record for steals in a season. Lindsay letter in Soccer this winter and
was named All District Honorable mention for Goalie.
Brooke Debois
Freshman
Brooke is another one of our starting Freshman who has made a huge impact. Brooke is well on her way
to setting a new record for the most strike outs in a season. Brooke has already lettered in Volleyball this year.
She plays on two Club teams in her free time one for Volleyball and the other as a Pitcher for the Tx. Mystixx.
